It can happen that we urgently need to contact another person. We know their full name, even their exact address, unfortunately, we do not know their telephone number. Similarly, there are situations when it is necessary to contact immediately the nearest service company that could come as soon as possible and, for example, remove a damage. You only need to call number 602913 (for roamers in T-Mobile mobile network) or 602913 000 (of any other network) to the Directory Inquiry Service, to contact your adviser who will find the necessary information.
  • Directory Inquiry Service: information in English for foreigners visiting Poland, concerning companies, agencies and information on private PTC subscribers.
  • Directory Inquiry Office means the access to information on telephone numbers of T-Mobile mobile network subscribers and T-Mobile na kartê and Mix system users.
  • Directory Inquiry Service means the access to telephone and address data of 820 000 companies and agencies prepared by "Panorama Firm".

The adviser is able to connect you directly with the dialed number (so-called call completion) which allows time saving - it is not necessary to make any separate connection.
