Miroslav Rakowski - Chief Executive Officer

Appointed to this position as of January 1, 2011. With the Deutsche Telekom Group since July 2002: headed Customer Services and Sales in T-Mobile Czech Republic in Prague. In this capacity was responsible, i.a., for the successful integration of fixed telecommunications services of Ceske Radiokomunikace into TMCZ operations after the acquisition in 2009, as well as being involved in international projects within the DT Group. From 1992 to 2002 worked in managerial posts for Gillette Czech Republic and COTY Czech Rep. in Prague and COTY Poland in Warsaw (2001-2002). Graduated from the Brno University of Technology; lectured at the University of Economics in Prague.
 

Jens Becker - Chief Financial Officer

Jens Becker (39) joined Deutsche Telekom in 1996. Prior to his appointment at PTC he was a Member of the Board at T-Online International AG responsible for finance and controlling. His versatile experience in the telecommunications industry includes Investor Relations, Controlling and Internationalisation of Business.


 

Milan Zika - Chief Technology and Innovation Officer

Milan Zika holds a master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and an MBA from Thunderbird University in Phoenix. His entire professional career has been associated with T-Mobile which he joined in 1996. Most recently, since 2006, he has held the post of Vice President Information Technology at T-Mobile Czech Republic. M. Zika has had extensive experience in running international projects within the Deutsche Telekom organisation and has expert knowledge in both Information Technology and Network Operations.
 

Grzegorz Bors - Chief Marketing Officer

With Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa since 2003 as Private Market Marketing & Sales Department Director responsible for planning and implementation of the private market marketing strategy. On December 1, 2010 appointed member of PTC’s Management Board and Strategy, Marketing and Sales Division Director.

Grzegorz Bors graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He started his professional career working for Unilever/Lever Polska where he was responsible for marketing and sales. He also holds a diploma in marketing from the IMD Business School in Lausanne.
 

Magdalena Gera-Pikulska - Chief Human Resources Officer

MA graduate from Economy and Sociology at University of Łódź and Central European University of Prague, accredited by the University of Lancaster, completed also Postgraduate Program in Labor Law at University of Łódź. She was awarded as the Human Resources Director of year 2000. She started her career in 1996 in ABB. Since 2000 she has been involved with telecommunications in the area of human resources.
With Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa since June 2007. As of 16th February 2011 appointed Board Member and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Maciej Rogalski – Director, Legal Affairs, Security, Compliance and Classified Information Protection

Associated with the telecommunications industry for several years. Director of the Legal Department at PTC in the years 1998-2005 (from 2000 to 2005 also Deputy Director-General). Since 2001 actively involved in the activities of the Polish Chamber of Telecommunication (PIIT). Holds his current post as of November 2011.
Prof. Maciej Rogalski graduated from the Department of Law, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. Received a US Congress scholarship at Georgetown University in Washington. Author of some 130 publications on telecommunication, civil and criminal law.
